- U.S.P.S. is Grumps primary shipping agent. Parcel Post is standard, while Priority Mail is expedited.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS need to be placed by e-mail so that freight can be calculated for payment.

- Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

- Once we have received your order, there is an outside chance that you will be e-mailed an outstanding balance if there is an oversize/overweight item in your order. Then your order will be shipped once the balance is paid.
- You will be notified of any back orders via phone or E-mail.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
This site features 4 different ways to place an order.
Mail In: Using our new Order Form you are welcome to fill out the form and mail in your order. Please supply e-mail address, so that we can send you your total including freight upon your orders departure.
Shipping Cart: This is featured with all the products in the catalog. We use Paypal to process credit. You don't need a Paypal account to use this cart. It will take you to Paypal, but one option is to submit a credit card without the need to sign up for anything!!
Phone in: You are always welcome to phone in any order. Simply let us know what item you need or what part number and one of our staff will be most happy to complete your order. If we are not able to answer due to high call volume, leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP. 951-402-3024
